Welcome to Happy Paws Dog Patisserie!
We’re a small-batch, homegrown dog bakery based in beautiful Port Orchard, Washington. Our mission? To create the best, safest, most wholesome treats for our beloved four-legged family members—made with the same love, care, and quality ingredients we’d want for ourselves.
The idea for this bakery started years ago. I wanted to give dogs better—real treats made with honest ingredients, not the mystery-filled stuff you find on store shelves.
But like many dreams, mine sat on the back burner—until November 2021, when we lost our Boxer mix, Athens, to cancer. That was the turning point. I knew it was time to stop waiting and start doing.
I dove headfirst into learning how to bake safe, certified treats, get tested, approved, and build a brand from scratch. That journey became Happy Paws Dog Patisserie.
Going back to college was the best decision I’ve made. It gave me the tools to build my business—everything from designing my website to creating marketing graphics and understanding what it takes to be my own boss.
Now, with Arielle, my Chesapeake Bay Retriever, by my side, I offer small-batch, artisan-crafted dog biscuits, cookies, and (coming soon!) donuts—all made with real, dog-safe ingredients.
Our Treats Are:
• WSDA-certified
• Made with xylitol-free peanut butter from CB’s Nuts
• Sweetened with raw honey from Puyallup Valley Farms
• Baked with locally grown blueberries
• Pumpkin treats made with pumpkins grown right here on our farm
• Preserved naturally with rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), and citric acid — all dog-safe
• No fillers. No artificial colors. No weird ingredients.
Honestly?
Our treats are better than what most humans eat.
As my son likes to say, “The dogs eat better than we do.” And he’s not wrong.
Dogs deserve the best we can give them.
